# Cooking Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, for 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and thawed mixed vegetables. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
04 - Spread the bread cubes evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the bread and spread evenly.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
06 - Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling and the dish is hot throughout.
