# Cooking Steps:
01 - Lightly mash the drained beans with a fork to facilitate spreading.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
03 - Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle ¼ cup shredded cheese evenly over half, then add approximately 3 tablespoons of mashed beans.
04 - Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
05 - Cook each side for 2-3 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
