# Cooking Steps:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly to remove any residues.
02 - Slice off both ends of each fruit; stand upright and carefully remove peel and white pith following the curve.
03 - Cut each citrus fruit into thin, even rounds about 1/4 inch thick, removing seeds as needed.
04 - Lay citrus slices on a large platter or wooden board in overlapping rows or garland form, alternating colors and varieties for visual appeal.
05 - Tuck fresh mint leaves between citrus slices for an added burst of color.
06 - Sprinkle pomegranate arils evenly over the citrus slices if using.
