# What You'll Need:

→ Mango Base

01 - 2 cups frozen mango chunks
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
03 - 1/4 cup orange juice
04 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
05 - 1/2 cup cold water, plus extra as needed
06 - 1 cup ice cubes

→ Garnishes

07 - Lime wedges for rimming and garnish
08 - Coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning for rimming glasses
09 - Mango slices, optional

# Cooking Steps:

01 - Run a lime wedge along the rim of each glass. Dip the rim into coarse sea salt or Tajín seasoning until fully coated. Set the glasses aside.
02 - Add frozen mango chunks, lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup (or honey), cold water, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth and slushy.
03 - If the mixture appears too thick, gradually add additional cold water and blend until the desired slushy texture is achieved.
04 - Taste the blended mixture and adjust sweetness, adding more agave syrup or honey as preferred.
05 - Pour the frozen mango mixture evenly into the salt- or Tajín-rimmed glasses.
06 - Top with lime wedges and mango slices if desired. Serve immediately while cold.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of frozen mango and lime creates a tangy sweetness you won&apost find in any store-bought mocktail.
  • You can customize the spice and sweetness to suit whoever is at the table, and it never fails to wake up a sluggish afternoon.
02 -
  • If the mango chunks aren&apost completely frozen, your drink will turn watery and lose its slush magic.
  • Swapping Tajín for salt on the rim lifts the whole flavor profile—it changed how I make mocktails forever.
03 -
  • Use real lime juice—bottled just doesn&apost cut it.
  • Pre-chill your blender jar for the frostiest results.
