13 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
14 - 1 tsp salt, or to taste

# Cooking Steps:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown on all sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the pot and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Mix in tomato paste, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper, stirring to coat meat and vegetables evenly.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth, bring to a simmer. Cover and cook 15 minutes if using turkey, or 25 minutes if using beef, until meat is tender.
06 - Add pasta to the pot, stir well, then cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid has been absorbed.
