# Cooking Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes. Use gloves to protect your skin.
03 - Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
