01 -  Arrange the flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board. 
 02 -  Use a spreading knife to evenly distribute 1 ounce of softened cream cheese over each tortilla. 
 03 -  Center one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese on each tortilla. 
 04 -  If desired, scatter chopped dill and diced red onion atop the cheese, then drizzle with yellow mustard. 
 05 -  Place one whole dill pickle along the edge of each prepared tortilla. 
 06 -  Roll the tortillas tightly around the pickle, ensuring the fillings are fully enclosed. 
 07 -  Slice each roll into 1-inch rounds or serve whole according to preference.
