01 -  In a pitcher or bowl, combine tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth and uniform. 
 02 -  Distribute ice cubes evenly into two tall glasses. 
 03 -  Divide the cold brew coffee between the glasses over the ice. 
 04 -  Add the tahini blend to each glass, stirring well to blend the flavors. 
 05 -  Top each glass with plant-based milk, gently stirring for a creamy consistency. 
 06 -  Taste for desired sweetness and adjust as needed. Serve immediately.
