Ingredients
- Coffee: 1 ½ cups (360 ml) cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
 - Tahini Blend: 3 tablespoons tahini (well-stirred), 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste), ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, Pinch of sea salt
 - Milk & Ice: ½ cup (120 ml) plant-based milk (e.g., almond, oat, or soy), 1 cup ice cubes
 
Instructions
- Blend Tahini:
 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully combined.
 - Prep Glasses:
 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
 - Add Coffee:
 - Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses.
 - Combine:
 - Add the tahini mixture to each glass and stir well to combine.
 - Finish:
 - Top with plant-based milk and gently stir for a creamy finish.
 - Sweeten:
 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.
