# Cooking Steps:
01 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Cook turkey bacon in the skillet until crispy, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
03 - Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.
04 - Spread half a tablespoon of cream cheese on the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
05 - On two bread slices (cream cheese side up), layer baby spinach, tomato slices, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. Season with black pepper and optional salt.
