- Wraps & Extras: 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch use gluten-free if needed), 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a bowl, mix shredded turkey with buffalo wing sauce and melted butter until well coated.
- Step 2:
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread 2 tbsp ranch dressing on each.
- Step 3:
- Divide lettuce, carrot, celery, and red onion evenly among the wraps, layering over the ranch.

- Spoon the buffalo turkey mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Step 5:
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly to form wraps.
